Ngarku

最近在Jusco看到一个类似葱头的东西,许多Aunty在挑选当中。在好奇心的驱使下,我上前去问个究竟,到底这是什么食物啊!

在她们细心的讲解之下,终于明白这就是每年新年吃过的一种“薯片”。

yeah the term is from Cantonese. By adding abit salt (like what McD produce french fries) before fill it into plastic container, it taste better. It is imported from China, and I understand in come with season...rarely can get it unless close to CNY. Pretty expensive compare to the rest of vege. Can be cook with Oyster sauce + soy sauce, taste good too.
