Ngarku

Ngarku

yeah the term is from Cantonese. By adding abit salt (like what McD produce french fries) before fill it into plastic container, it taste better. It is imported from China, and I understand in come with season...rarely can get it unless close to CNY. Pretty expensive compare to the rest of vege. Can be cook with Oyster sauce + soy sauce, taste good too.
