阿多的早餐






这几天的早餐都是水果餐,让身体吸取更多的维他命及营养。或许要比平时更早起身准备切水果,但是吃了水果再出门上班的感觉很棒!

吃水果会给人一种饱满的感觉,可是你很快就会感觉饥饿。

这是阿多瘦身计划的第一个改变!
